At Stackor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items, depending on stock availability. If your size is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Discounted/promotional items (if marked final sale)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing issues

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assistance.
