At Stackor, every order is handled with care and intention. We take pride in delivering your pieces in a timely manner while maintaining quality at every step.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 weeks
During new drops, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Timeframes
After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 2-7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Every order includes tracking. Once shipped, your tracking information will be sent directly to your email so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Stackor is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for support.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Stackor is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
